Total 360 Karate Beginner- is the beginner karate class for Total 360 Karate. Students learn the basics of martial arts, customs, traditions, and values. The studio is based on the style of Chito Ryu karate from Japan, and follows the US Chito Federation guidelines for rank and testing. The Beginner's classes are Monday's at 630 pm at the Prescott Valley Boys and Girls club and Saturdays at 12pm at the Boy's and Girls club.

Total 360 Karate Advanced class is the application side of the studio. We do sparring, practice with weapons, practice bunkai, hand pads, and heavy bag work.
Students learn respect, honor, discipline, and self-defense. Total 360 Karate incorporates fitness as an essential element in the studio. Whether you are looking for a great workout, discipline, challenges, or to learn the art of karate, there is something for everyone in Total 360 karate.

Parents can take the classes with the students as a bonding activity that transcends age. Students may sign up for as many classes as they would like. Students may earn their uniforms after two weeks of classes. Students should wear their karate uniforms (gi’s) to class. New students should wear athletic clothing. During the summer, we transition to outdoor classes. The minimum age is 5 years old.
