Total 360 Yoga is a program designed help you meet your goals, connect, and build trust within yourself.​  Classes are designed using principles of hot yoga, vinyasa flow, yoga nidra, meditation, mindfulness, ying yoga and more.  The concepts allow the class to adapt to what is occurring within the class.  Total 360 is adaptable and use trauma informed principles to help you on your path.

Join us

Total 360 yoga has a beginning time of 1030 am at the Facility and goes until 1130 am.  We transition from periods of light to shade, may incoporate nature sounds and the classes are designed weekly.  The cost for members of the Facility is $40, any referrals (people that you bring to class are also $40).  Non members are $60.  The fees offset costs to run the classes.  Should a client desire to take the classes but not be able to pay the rate a donation rate will be accepted.  Clients may sign up at anytime and will receive 4 classes when they sign up.  Clients do not have to wait until the first of the month.  A waiver is required for all participants.  Payment is done through Zelle, cash, check or other payment service.  Drops are welcome $15 a class.

Total 360 hopes to help you find your path, learn yourself, understand how to settle the mind and build confidence through various poses and meditative processes.  We used blocks, foam rollers, and other props as necessary.
