Certifications and trainings

M. Rodgers is a student of life and continues to challenge himself.  Below he has supplied his certifications.  Each certification is linked to the certifying body, for example, the personal training certification is linked to the nfpt.com

Currently working on Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, and YTT 300/500

Recently M. Rodgers completed the Yoga YTT 200, which was an amazing experience. This helped the Ying side of teaching.  
​
Master Trainer Michael Rodgers has been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years with the National Federation of Personal Trainers. 
​
He has advanced certifications in Nutrition, Weight Training, Endurance, Karate, police defense tactics, Chito Ryu karate, and Tactix. M. Rodgers studies Jeet Kune Do, Breathing methodologies, Pilates, Yoga, and advanced endurant principles. 
​
Tactix certification/instructor which is a combination of martial arts, personal training, breathe work, and self-defense.  M. Rodgers runs the Total 360 brand including Total 360 Karate, PYB, and the Total 360 Jump rope class. 
​
Michael Rodgers tends to work more with clients on improving cardio connected to endurance. While he specializes in that area and is known for creating and designing some of the toughest cross-fit or full-body workouts, his Yoga classes have become instrumental in the success of the other programs.
​
Michael Rodgers is a black belt in Chito Ryu karate and continues to actively train in martial arts, yoga, CrossFit, running, and calligraphy. Michael Rodgers believes strongly in the Yin and Yang aspects of training.
​
The Yoga side of training is built through Vinyasa flow and meets students where they are. As we continue we will add new concepts and training.  These trainings include YTT 200, 300, 500, Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, Adaptive yoga, Chair yoga, Hot yoga, Mindfulness, Self Coaching, Somatic healing, Meditation, and Pranayama.
