A Yogi way
As we all started this journey in yoga. Each of us had our own reasons. The path is different for each of us. We should focus on our path and not destination, otherwise we will miss our present. Slowing down and find what is already here for us is a key element of yoga. We are whole and complete as we are. We learn each day new things that help us continue in our experiences. The October blog is going give show sayings or phrases that might lift you up as you move through the month day by day.

Settle in and find comfort
Still the mind

Visit your inner resource
Feel the connection to the ground

Radiate upward
Catcus the arms and bring it all in
Find Sensation
There is no rush
Be patient

Everyday is yoga
The body benefits from movement
