As we all started this journey in yoga. Each of us had our own reasons. The path is different for each of us. We should focus on our path and not destination, otherwise we will miss our present. Slowing down and find what is already here for us is a key element of yoga. We are whole and complete as we are. We learn each day new things that help us continue in our experiences. The October blog is going give show sayings or phrases that might lift you up as you move through the month day by day.


  1. Trust in yourself

  4. Inhale the future exhale the past

  5. Find what works for you

  6. Bring the floor to you

  7. Find presence in this moment

  8. Settle in and find comfort

  9. Still the mind

  10. Listen to yourself

  12. Is it true?

  13. Visit your inner resource

  14. Feel the connection to the ground

  15. You are stable, and strong

  16. Radiate upward

  17. Catcus the arms and bring it all in

  18. Find Sensation

  19. There is no rush

  20. Be patient

  21. life=experience

  22. Thank yourself for showing up

  23. Everyday is yoga

  24. The body benefits from movement

  25. Shine a light

  26. Feel the energy through the body

  27. My yoga

  28. Acknowledge distractions

  29. Be in Warrior

  30. Travel light

  31. Namaste
