One on One

One-on-One Yoga Sessions

One-on-one yoga sessions are individualized to the client, specifically goal-oriented. One-on-One sets a 6-month goal, long term, and a 3-month goal, short term goal. Each goal is different, and I work to meet you where are. In a One-on-One session, we discuss injuries you have and plans to work around or with them. There is a client intake and program design, which is given to the client to show the path.

 

One on sessions can take any of the different types of Yoga listed on the website. For example, we may work one week on traditional Vinyasa Flow, and the following week we may move into Yin Yoga. The yoga options include Vinyasa flow, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. The yoga experience is set by you, and the goals. With the goals, there may be recommended reading or journaling to help the clients learn the concepts, and themselves.

 

All One-on-One sessions are set and taught using trauma-informed language and techniques. I believe strongly in developing communication and trust. One-on-One sessions can be done online. One-on-one clients will have access to extra videos related to the training.

 

One-on-one sessions are between 55 and 75 minutes. The cost for the sessions is $100 per session. Clients may sign up for as many sessions as they would like. The location can be in person, in a park, or in the outdoor studio. The Online option is available for those clients who wish to be online. Payments can be made through Zelle, PayPal, transfers, and other options. 

 

The cancellation process is you must contact before 24 hours of the appointment to get a refund. Within 24 hours, the session is forfeited, and the funds are nonrefundable. As a part of the intake process, the cancellation process is explained as well. 

 

The One-on-One options also have an option for personal training and split yoga sessions as desired. One-on-One sessions have the greatest potential for growth as we can make adjustments during class. There is an active dialogue between us, which allows for flexibility.
